The Sokolsky Opening (also called the Polish or the Orangutan Opening) is a rare chess opening beginning 1. b4.
The Orangutan name derives from it’s most famous game, between Tartakower and Maróczy, played in New York in 1924. Apparently Tartakower had visited a zoo the previous day and consulted an orangutan about which move to open with the next day.
